Shopping:
All
items that are listed as BIN Style(Buy It Now) must be paid via paypal
within 30 minutes of purchasing. If it is not paid then the item will be
relisted, and you will be flagged. If this happens a second time by the
same purchaser then you will be blacklisted from purchasing from the
shop.
Auctions:
All of our auctions will be handled on a private site that will be posted on our facebook page.
items that are listed as auctions must be paid within 1 hour of
winning via paypal. The winner will receive an email confirming their
auction win and will have 1 hour from that time to send payment. If it
is not paid then the item will be sold to the next winner in line.
Stalking/Angel gifting is welcome at Milk Noir please make sure that you send paypent via paypal to [email protected] with the order # in the comment section.
Oversells
In the instance of an oversell the first buyer will receive the item while all remaining buyers will be refunded promptly.
Shipping:
We
ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) via Prioirty. Orders
shipped in the USA cost $15 and International $25. Shipping costs
include a delivery confirmation and insurance.
Returns:
We try to take photos of our dolls in a natural light. Handmade dolls include slight "imperfections" that vary upon each doll and are not considered defects for return/refunds. Please THOROUGHLY read the listing before purchase. We will not be responsible for buyers remorse. We will not accept any returns unless the doll is defective upon receipt. If you have an issue with your doll we will do our best to resolve it. But refunds/returns are up to Novia's approval depending on the circumstance and our standing policies. ☺
Customs:
We recommend that you stay up to date
via our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MilkNoirToys) because that is where we will post if there are
custom slots available. A 30% non refundable deposit is due upon custom
confirmation and the remaining balance plus shipping will be due upon
completion. We do our absolute best to create the doll just right for
you. But we will NOT copy someone else's work.
